Does anyone know how to change the faceplate on an audiovox snapper CDMA 8915?

I have the faceplate for the phone, but for the life of me can not get the original faceplate flourish. I do not want to break the phone in the process.

I also have a Snapper. I suggest you call Virgin Mobile, a 1-800 number and ask to speak with a colleague. They should help. Where you faceplates?
