How can I make my laptop load videos quicker and not start and stop?

My laptop seems to have problems with the video, if I have a wireless specificly MSNBC video start and stop until it is fully loaded with all the same videos run fine, if I did not sign me traditional computer library. This is an expensive new laptop Gateway. I think it is necessary to change the speed drops below the value or something. I do not think that my laptop from my poor quality. Can you help?

This is not a laptop, the problem is not all the links on your Internet connection. In addition, most video sites with my laptop, I let the video download is also known as a buffer in front of you the whole way.
