How do you get Acer’s website window to stop opening when you start the internet?

I have a new laptop Acer, and when I open the Internet opens a separate tab “Home”, which leads to the site of Acer. (Empowerment of people) I have had my computer from this site and e-mail Acer said: “Thank you for registering” but it keeps opening as if I register more and this is very annoying. How can I prevent this?

Let’s talk about your home page? You can change it by clicking on “Internet Options”> “General” tab.
You can block access using the automatic firewall settings – or you can modify your site better. One of the two should work.
