Can I buy a phone from Verizon Wireless website or eBay and bring them to the Verizon store to activate? I live in California, and I plan to buy my own phone, but my brother will pay the bills and live in Colorado. Can I activate the phone, where I live with my brother the information, if I go with my father?

You can online, your brother, the account information on the Internet. . Soo its easy you need to log in, you can let anyphone. or you can just call Verizon and they will tell you how to do it. They do not always go to the store. .
