x band shows full on radar detector?

At a light, my radar detector shows full x band. It only happens at this one light where there are cameras. I am not sure what they monitor, i think just the traffic to witness acidents. My friends valentine does the same thing. My detector is a beltronics. I am not sure why it does this and was wonderig if anyone knows/or has expereanced the same problem.

There is an X-band radar gun on the stop light to see if there is a car waiting for the light. They have it in a town new me and my V1 and V995 have gone full x-band.
It’s another way to regulate traffic lights other than weight sensors
